What does “All-Inclusive” cover?

The 2 night stay, a parking spot, a themed welcome box based on your package, a $50 dining debit, a personalized proposed itinerary, an in-town scavenger hunt that if completed gets you a one of a kind HerHideaways gift, and concierge service to set up any appointments during your stay.

Can I learn more about where I’m staying?

We have three self check-in apartments that are used as Hideaways in Occoquan. One apartment is a loft and two are one bedrooms. Each unit has a full kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, full sized fridge, microwave and Keurig. There is a queen bed in each with additional sleeping arrangements in the form of pull out couches and/or air mattresses. All linens, dishware and toiletries are provided. Our units also have security cameras outside monitoring the parking lot. You can see pictures of the units here. When booking your reservation the apartment chosen for you will be based on availability.

Can I bring someone on my Hideaway?

Sure, you can bring a guest! We recommend that you choose the “Add a Guest” option so whoever comes with you gets the same level of personalization that comes along with your package. {ie the welcome box, dining debit card, personalized itinerary, concierge service}

I want to bring a man, or I’m a man, …is that ok?

100%! If you feel connected to our mission and what we are doing we would love for you to include the man in your life or to book a Hideaway for you. Our intention with these Hideaways is for women to prioritize and reconnect with themselves. So if that involves bringing along your guy, then please do so! Or if you are a guy that needs a break, we will curate your weekend especially for you.

How about my furry friend? Can I bring her or him?

Unfortunately we have a strict no-pets policy. The owner of the Airbnb’s has severe allergies so we are unable to accommodate any four legged loves.

I’m interested in hosting a group retreat. Is it ok to have more than 2 guests on a Hideaway?

Although the vibe of HerHideaways is more intimately planned for 1 to 2 people we do have a townhome with 2 master suites that could accommodate a group. There is an added charge of $200 on the package chosen plus $127 per additional guest. This property has 2 parking spaces available. Please email us here with the dates you are interested in and we will see if we can accommodate.

I’m on a specific diet so wont be able to eat in town, is that ok?

Of course! The wonderful thing about all of our Hideaway units is that they each have a full kitchen. You can bring your own pre-made meals or bring ingredients and cook during your stay. The $50 dining debit that is included in each package is a VISA card and can be used at any merchant in the town.

Are Hideaways only available on weekends?

No way! You can book from one night to however many you would like based on availability. Please email or call to check availability for weekday or 2+ night Hideaways and to find out the pricing. We appreciate your patience with our current limited online capabilities.

Is there a payment plan option?

When you are booking you have the option to pay the total in full or you can pay a 50% deposit. If you choose the deposit option you will be invoiced and must pay the balance 5 business days prior to your arrival.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that things come up and will attempt to work with your schedule to book for a later date. If you cancel within 10 business days of your arrival date there will be no refund.
