While, like our male counterparts, we are driven by a passion and fortitude that could knock down walls, too often, we settle for the bare minimum that we receive.

We are grateful and appreciative for all the business we get but why not go for more and receive better ROIs on our time, energy, and resources?

Time and time again we have seen the absolute magic that happens when powerful women get together.

As bosses we can feel confident and self-assured when we walk into a room but how often do you experience feeling an innate sense of entitlement? When you enter the space KNOWING that the service or product that you are selling is going to make a significant impact in your customers lives. 

Sure there have been times you have “been in the zone“. You were in the right space at the right time and you sold not just your business but you sold yourself. Whoever you talked with picked up on that assuredness and wanted to buy from you, hire you, collaborate with you, or be mentored by you.

That’s exactly what we will work on during the Doing Business Better Retreat.

• Objective 1: Focus on You

  • We are going to reflect on when you wholly inhabited being the boss and work through practices to ensure you can access that at any time in the future

  • Now that we recognize that this sense of entitlement and ownership is a success trait that can be practiced, we will workshop ways to embody this way of being on demand

• Objective 2: Focus on Your Business

  • We will create a strategic road map with specific actions to make your vision a reality

  • We will link your day-to-day activities with your values and vision so you’re spending your time in a meaningful way

• Objective 3: Focus on Your Power Connections

  • We will be engaged with women who are also on this entrepreneurial path in the same space going through these practices together

  • We will form bonds during the retreat that will help us to realize we aren’t alone and learn ways to help each other to succeed

We are offering overnight and day opportunities.

Overnight Retreaters will arrive on Monday evening and have all meals taken care of until departing Wednesday morning. We’re taking over the whole building! View our apartments <HERE>.

Day Retreaters will arrive Tuesday morning and participate in the entire day, departing after dinner.

All events, with the exception of lunch and dinner in town on Tuesday, will happen in The Farmhouse.
