This overwhelm doesn't happen all at once. As time moves on the responsibilities get tacked on. It happens with the guys as well but for women most of us feel compelled to act quick and it can become too much.

We believe we can help you put yourself first regularly by providing you with virtual events, wellness resources, and curated self-care retreats near Washington, DC.
For a couple nights you are away from the hustle and bustle of normal everyday life. Immersed in a town that has every amenity that you could ever want or need.
Each Hideaway comes with a personalized welcome box that is for your self-care (spa products, chocolate, creative practices, etc). In the box is also a map of the walkable town, gift cards to restaurants or eateries based on your dining preference, a Preferred Partners punch card with our town merchants that we know you will love, and your personalized itinerary that has any pre-booked appointments.
Together during the booking process we organize all of these details of your Hideaway so that when you arrive, the only expectations placed on you, are your own!
HerHideaways launched October 2019 in Occoquan, Va with expectations to expand into other areas.
In July 2021 we launched “HerHideaways at Home” as a way for women everywhere to access both resources and virtual events to help prioritize their overall wellness.
